We provide chartered car tours and airport transfers in Taiwan, whether it is business trips, island tours, wedding photography, and family travel.
The following chartered car prices are for a 9-hour chartered one-day tour in Taipei and New Taipei. The price quoted is based on the itinerary and the time of the car. If there is a high mountain itinerary, cross-county or overnight stay, it will be charged separately, please contact customer service.
Five-seater charter price

The five-seater car is used for 9 hours a day, and the overtime is 500 yuan per hour.
Including the driver's meal fee, fuel fee, road fee, passenger insurance, and third liability.
Meals and entrance fees for customers are not included.
Nine-seater chartered car price

The nine-seater car is used for 9 hours a day, and the overtime is 500 yuan per hour.
Including the driver's meal fee, fuel fee, road fee, passenger insurance, and third-party liability insurance.

Tour bus charter price

The 20-seat tourist bus is used for 10 hours a day, and the overtime is 900 yuan per hour.
The 35-seat tourist bus is used for 10 hours a day, and the overtime is 1,000 yuan per hour.
The 43-seater tour bus is used for 10 hours a day, and the overtime is 1,000 yuan per hour.

Description of Chartered Car Fees
Precautions
The chartered car fee includes the driver's meal fee, fuel fee, road fee, passenger insurance, and third-party liability insurance; it does not include the customer's meal fee, accommodation fee, and ticket fee.
For chartered travel for more than 2 consecutive days, the cost will be calculated as 10 hours per day, and an additional 500 yuan will be charged for 1 hour overtime. If the driver needs to stay overnight outside the county and city, the driver will need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee of 1,000 yuan per night.
The above chartered car price is only applicable to the price of a one-day tour chartered car in Taipei area. Other counties and cities are quoted separately, please contact customer service.
Booking charter process

Fill out the following form for booking a chartered car inquiry and upload it to us. After receiving the form, the customer service staff will contact you to discuss the chartered car itinerary and quote you.

prepaid deposit
After confirming the use of the car, a deposit must be paid 15 days before departure, and the final payment will be paid to the driver after the end of the trip.

Data confirmation
After receiving the deposit, we will upload the driver information, itinerary information, pick-up and drop-off location and time for your confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
If the customer who booked the car cancels the car within 30 days before departure, the cancellation will be 90%.
Cancellation within 20 days will result in 80% cancellation.
Cancellation within 10 days will result in 70% cancellation.
Cancellation within 3 days will result in 30% cancellation.
If the car is cancelled on the day of departure, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the event of natural disasters (such as earthquakes, typhoons) and force majeure factors, 100% of the deposit can be refunded.
